My campblog so far (11-19-2009)

Mimosa was a very good place for the training, organizers were very accommodating, the food were very delicious and abundant. Bad thing is I’m gaining weight.
The content of the training was very useful,  I would regret if I did not attend this campblog1b.

Working on our blogs while we were in our villas was a lot of fun. I learn blogging and I learn English as well.

Word press a good flatform

I just learn from the campblog 1B the art of blogging using wordpress. A flatform of which many bloggers were using, some may say it is more practical to use than that of the other known platforms.

Learning wordpress is like learning how to construct a website. It has a dashbord (like administrative template) of which administrative editing is made, like embedding videos, posting articles, changing themes, editing headers, creating links in the article, adding pages, and many others. Unlike websites, blogs displays post according to dates, the most recent will be displayed first.

There are lot of potentials in learning to blog, for teachers a good place for posting intelligent ideas and knowledge, for others a place to give insights, reports, diaries, and everything they would want.

I can’t sleep .….

My first night in villa was a difficult night to sleep.  I thought maybe because it’s the first night, some people call it the first night syndrome.

The following night was the same, maybe because I am not used to an air-conditioned room, then I slept in the living room, I felt comfortable to think it’s still air-conditioned. Maybe it’s the TV.

Later on I realized it’s not the first night syndrome or the air-conditioned room or the TV, but the bed. I can’t sleep on a very soft bed.

I saw Gabby Lopez

The Chairman and Chief Excutive of ABS-CBN,  Gabby Lopez was in Mimosa to play Golf. We sat in the table next to him at Viranda Restaurant. He is a simple person who is one of the most influencial businessman in the country. (11-18-2009)
