Mr. Stephen R. Pascual is a graduate of Bachelor of Industrial Technology of University of Southeastern Philippines, Davao City. He is currently teaching at Dona Carmen Denia National High School, Toril, Davao City. He is teaching computer education and Entrepreneurship to third year and fourth year students.

He is a person who likes to play basketball, learn new tricks in computer and do mountaineering. A father of two little kids. His wife is also a public high school teacher.

He has willingness to integrate ICT and community learning in TLE subjects, that is why his blog is about learning for the community.
